About Us
Our Mission
St. Theresa School is a Catholic community whose staff, parents and parish work cooperatively to:
- educate the whole child: spirit, mind, and body
- develop confident, socially responsible leaders
- teach and show respect for people and the environment
- answer our Christian call to service
Our Philosophy
The Saint Theresa School community is dedicated to the education of the whole child: spirt, mind, and body. Catholic beliefs and Gospel values are central to all learning. A strong, dynamic curriculum stresses the integration of faith and life, thinking skills, and academic excellence. We acknowledge parents as their childrens' primary educators. Faculty, staff, and parents work in partnership to lead students to become Christian leaders and decision makers who:
- carry out the threefold mission of Catholic education: message, community, service
- are self-directed learners and ethical, responsible citizens who are prepared to meet and respond to the challenges of a global, technological society
- work for social justice, human dignity, and a more peaceful world
In this way, Saint Theresa School students will "be doers of the WORD and not hearers only."
– (James, 1:22)
