Applications available November 17, 2011
  • Applications are due February 01, 2012
  • Please include the following with ALL applications:
    • Copy of birth certificate
    • Copy of baptismal certificate
    • Non-refundable application fee of $75.00 per student
    • For Gr. 1-6 applicants; please include copies of report cards and standardized test scores for the previous two years as well as a copy of the current report card
St. Theresa School Open House January 29, 2012
11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Proceed to the School Library after 10:00 a.m. Mass for school tours.
Applications Due February 01, 2012 Please drop off completed application to the school office or mail back to the school.
Kindergarten testing February 4, 2012 all day

Assessment dates will be assigned when parents return completed forms.

On the day of your child's assessment, kindergarten students will come with their parents. They will go into the library in groups of two. Mrs. Clarke, the kindergarten teacher, will do a 15 minute individual assessment (still in the library with each child).
While the individual assessments are taking place, another teacher will work with two other children in a small group doing a variety of activities such as coloring and puzzles.

Assessment for Grades 1-6 only February 7, 2012 and February 9, 2012 3:30 pm by appointment
Acceptance letters mailed March 2, 2012
All acceptance forms/letters to be returned March 22, 2012 Please drop off completed forms to the school office or mail back to the school.
New Families Orientation Night May 17, 2012 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the Flex Meeting Rooms
