Overview & Process

Thank you for your interest in St. Theresa Catholic School. To help streamline the application process, review and complete the following steps below. Please contact us with any questions during the admissions process.

Checklist

Application for Admission (Grades K-3 only)

Applications will be available at both New Parents’ Meetings on Thursday, November 16, 2017 for kindergarten admission and Friday, November 17, 2017 for grades 1-3 admission. Forms should be filled out and dropped off or mailed directly back to the school.

Deadline: Friday, February 2, 2018.

Application Fee

A non-refundable fee of $75 per child is due when the application is submitted.

Birth Certificate/Baptism Records

A birth certificate and baptismal certificate (if Catholic) must be submitted with the application form.

Academic Records

If applying for grades two through six, a copy of your child’s most recent report card and standardized test scores are required. If applying for first grade, the most recent report card must be submitted.

School Recommendation

A recommendation letter is required from the school the child is currently enrolled in. This form must be given to the teacher and should be mailed directly back to St. Theresa School.

Academic Assessment

All applicants must be scheduled for an academic assessment, so please save the date:

  • Kindergarten:  Saturday, February 10, 2018 (various times)
  • Grades 1-3:  Tuesday, February 13, 2018 (after school)
  • TESTING WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED UNTIL ALL PAPERWORK IS RECEIVED

School Tour

All prospective families are encouraged to attend one of our Information Meetings on either Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 6:30-8:00pm for kindergarten admission or Friday, November 17, 2017 from 9-10:30am for grades 1-3. Sign-ups for small group tours will be available. If you are unable to attend, you may arrange for a tour by contacting the Admissions Director. There will also be a school-wide open house during Catholic Schools Week on Sunday, January 28, 2018, after 9am mass.

Financial Aid

If you would like to apply for tuition assistance, a completed FACTS form is required.
