Active Parishioner is defined by the following:
- Registered and active in a Catholic parish for at least two full years prior to enrollment
- Must have each child enrolled baptized in the Roman Catholic Church
- Participates regularly in Sunday liturgy
- Demonstrates involvement in the life of the parish
- Uses the weekly envelopes or the parish donation system to contribute a suggested donation of $1,000 to the parish over the course of the school year (May 1 – April 30)
- Members of a parish other than St. Theresa must request written verification of registry and active participation from their Pastor and submit to St. Theresa Pastor, Fr. Bob McCann. Upon approval, the contract may be adjusted to the IN Parish rate.
There are three options when it comes to paying tuition for the year. For the 2024-2025 school year, the options are as follows:
Option 1: Full tuition amount is due by July 31, 2024
Option 2: Three payments are due on July 5th or 20th, October 5th or 20th and March 5th or 20th
Option 3: Ten monthly payments are due by July 5th or 20th through March 5th or 20th
Financial Aid
Families requesting tuition assistance are required to complete two applications to be eligible for consideration. Use the links on the right hand side of this page to access both applications. Submit the online application to FACTS/FACE and return the St. Theresa Financial Aid form to the school office (deadline to be announced). Families will also be requested to submit the most recent tax returns. An additional tuition assistance opportunity is the BASIC program which is sponsored by an outside agency (deadline to be announced).
Parents/Guardians of accepted students may still apply for tuition assistance for the 2024-2025 academic year by submitting both the online FACTS/FACE application and the St. Theresa Financial Aid form.
In addition to financial resources, the administration will consider all other relevant family circumstances in making tuition assistance decisions.
